Welcome to LearnIT AchieveIT. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and course progression.
Cancellations and Refunds
We are committed to helping you fast-track your learning. However, if you feel the course is not the right fit, we offer a 7-day window cancellation period from the date of your enrolment. Please note that any refunds processed within this 7-day window will be subject to an administrative fee of £95.76 to cover initial setup, platform access, and processing costs.
Course Progression and Exam Entry
Your success is our priority, and passing your certification requires commitment. LearnIT AchieveIT reserves the right to withhold exam entry or the payment of exam fees until all learning and assessment requirements are fully met.
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure all course materials are completed in accordance with our progression standards. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the student being ineligible for company-funded exam entry. We enforce these standards to ensure you are fully prepared and have the highest possible chance of passing your final exams.
Intellectual Property and Usage
All course materials, videos, and documentation provided by LearnIT AchieveIT are for your personal educational use only. Unauthorised distribution, sharing of login credentials, or reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate course termination.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
